• My research involves applying machine learning and deep learning in the field of metabolomics. Initially, I developed BreathXplorer, a cutting-edge bioinformatics tool designed for analyzing breath data obtained through high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS). This tool significantly enhances the examination of complex biological samples. Now I'm working on a project to predict metabolite structure using transformer architecture, which may facilitate drug discovery in the future.
• On the same time, I also worked as the system administrator in the lab. I set up on-premise HPC clusters in the laboratory, including RAID array configuration and backup solutions using NAS. And utilized Docker for environment virtualization for web deployment, big data pipelines, and deep learning.
